Amazing service. After numerous denials from St. Farm (worst insurance ever) Caldwell (Justin Caldwell and Jacob Rogers) helped get this approved! They hung in with me for over a year working on getting storm damage covered! Their crew was unbelievable. Hard working non stop until everything was completed. They went above and beyond! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Their project manager thoroughly documented all damage points and expertly handled the insurance claim process, making what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. The installation crew was highly professional, arriving early and completing the entire roof replacement in just one day, while meticulously protecting my landscaping and maintaining excellent job site cleanliness.

Caldwell Exteriors, led by Justin Caldwell, exceeded our expectations at every step of a complex home repair process after a major hailstorm. A representative knocked on our door while doing other work in the neighborhood and informed us that our roof damage was likely covered by insurance—something we hadn’t realized. From that moment on, Caldwell became our fierce advocate.

The insurance company initially pushed back, but Caldwell didn’t back down. They managed the entire process—inspections, arbitration, expert assessments—and ultimately got the insurance company to come around. Their professionalism, persistence, and deep understanding of the system were evident throughout.

They replaced our roof (a large and complex job) in just two days, and the results were impeccable. They also handled gutter repair, a window replacement, and restaining our fence—all done with a high standard of workmanship. One unexpected benefit: the new roof improved our insulation so much that it resolved a longstanding indoor humidity issue we had previously blamed on our AC unit.

From start to finish, the process was smooth. Every member of the team was prompt, polite, thorough, and highly competent. We’ve never had a better experience with home repair. Caldwell Exteriors were true allies and advocates. Five stars. Highly recommend.

They installed a new roof on July 1st, started at 6am and finished up around 6:30pm. They did a very good job, and very important, did a good clean up. Also, my insurance was only going to replace 13 shingles after the initial submission, however Caldwell knows the process to address this, and after almost 3 months, they were able to get a complete roof replacement.
