Really pleased with the experience from start to finish! The crew did an excellent job replacing the roof, worked quickly and efficiently, and did a fantastic job cleaning up afterward.

Lauren was our sales representative and did a great job throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation and estimate to coordinating the project and following up after the work was completed. She was helpful, attentive, and took the time to address our questions and concerns.

Adrian was also fantastic to work with. He was professional and thorough during the final walkthrough, taking the time to go over the completed work with me and ensure everything was satisfactory before signing off.

The team was extremely professional from start to finish. Our representative, Lauren Null, consistently kept us updated with insurance and insurance adjusters progress from start to finish. Adrian Martinez, the project manager was very professional and courteous from start to finish. The crew was fast, efficient and did an  exceptional job on the roof and the cleanup afterwards was amazing. I highly recommend Cauldwell Exteriors if your in need of a new roof.
